Music feeds Jake’s soul. You can hear it in his lyrics and feel it in every performance. He’s in his element when performing for an audience. Jake’s unique sound is every bit of Americana and Rock and Roll all at the same time. His goal is to be a musician full time and spread the gospel of Jesus Christ that He came down to earth as God in human form, lived a perfect life, and took on the wrath of God on our behalf so that if we place our faith in Him, we can live forever in Heaven one day and not go to hell; ultimately glorifying God. He made that way possible by dying on that cross and coming back to life after three days. We need a savior because we are not a perfect people and are in need of a savior because we fall short of the glory of God and therefore have no way to get to heaven by ourselves. God loves us so much that he sent his only son Jesus to die for us even though we do not deserve it. He became a Christian in his junior year of high school and came to that realization after learning that the bible is 66 books written by 40 different people, on 3 continents, in 3 languages, over 1500 years, and has no contradictions which is an impossibility for man to do on his own. There was inspiration from something greater. That is why the Bible is the word of God. Jesus saved Jake’s life and if there is anything to know about Jake it is that. His goal is to be a full-time musician one day and spread the gospel through music.
